These programs provide youth with hands-on experiences that enhance their understanding of climate change and develop critical life skills. This session will showcase the stories and achievements of ten youth from the NWT who have been impacted by these transformative programs. Through a “Campfire” storytelling sharing circle, youth will share their experiences, accompanied by a slideshow of images captured during these land-based programs, creating a full sensory experience that transports participants to an Arctic campfire setting.
